1. Services Provided

MMG provides high-end, concierge-level motoring and protection services, including:

• Luxury Chauffeur & Private Hire: Premium transportation for individuals, executives, and VIP guests.
• Airport & International Travel: Punctual and private transfers ensuring continuity of service.
• Events & Security Transport: Secure transport solutions for high-profile events and sensitive engagements.
• Private & Family Services: Long-term, retained support for private households and families.

2. Service Models

We offer two distinct engagement models:

• Retained Partnership Service: Designed for clients requiring ongoing, dedicated support with priority availability, dedicated vehicles, and long-term relationship continuity.
• Non-Retained / On-Demand Service: Flexible, short-term or one-off engagements delivered to the same exacting standards as our retained services.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Hourly Rates: Standard vehicle rates per hour for Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Range Rover models, and Land Jet (Executive Class).
• Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
• Bespoke Services: Pricing for Close Protection Services is provided on a bespoke basis, depending on the risk profile and scope of the engagement.
• Preferential Rates: Preferential rates may be available for block bookings and long-term arrangements.

4. Professional Standards and Security

• Driver Qualifications: All journeys are delivered by experienced chauffeurs. Where required, we provide SIA-licensed Close Protection Operatives.
• Discretion: We operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality, acting as a seamless extension of our clients' lifestyles.
• Safety: Every interaction is handled with security-aware service delivery to provide absolute peace of mind.
